Why I do it

There can be countless explanations behind a person's behaviour. We often want to understand the reasons, but we don't always have the chance. My goal is to help uncover them and to support sustainable behavioural change, so that my clients can grow free from patterns rooted in the past. This change can mean organisational development — moving from entrenched processes to new ones — but it can also mean individual development, rewriting personal patterns that no longer serve our goals.

I do this because, in my experience, a lot of energy, time and money are lost to misunderstandings and misreadings. My ambition is to bring awareness so we can avoid them in the future.

How I work

I started my career as an IT consultant, and increasingly noticed that I was more interested in clients, processes and change than in software and ready-made solutions. From this grew an endless curiosity about organisations and people, which lets me understand their needs and challenges.

I have lived in four countries, worked in eight, and collaborated professionally with around three dozen. I've met many different cultures and personality types. This made it clear to me how different we are — and how different what is good or needed is for each of us. I believe every person has values, and I approach everyone with understanding, compassion and empathy.

Since university I've spent more than 3,000 hours on my own development — partly to acquire professional knowledge, partly to deepen my self-awareness, which keeps me boundary-aware and reflective. This lets me set my own ego aside and focus as fully as possible on my clients' needs and growth.

An upside of my early IT career is that I love thinking in systems. It helps me see how much of a problem comes from the immediate environment versus the wider organisation.

What I do

I support individuals and organisations in challenging situations or development journeys. By agreement, I work as a consultant, coach or trainer in:

  • organisational development processes — from diagnosis to implementation;
  • leadership development training and coaching programmes;
  • training programmes built on emotional intelligence and communication.
